OUR STORY
Rowes Retreats started in 2018, when Zoe and Luis first stepped into holiday letting by hosting their spare room in London. Not long after, we let out our whole home while travelling through Southeast Asia, and it taught us something simple. The stays you remember are never just about the space. They are about how you are looked after.

Back in the UK, we wanted to build that feeling for other people. Not louder. Not bigger. Just more considered.

We left our corporate careers and began renovating homes in Falmouth and Penryn, with a real soft spot for Victorian and Georgian properties. That work grew into a small collection of five star homes, and it shaped the way we do everything today. High standards, consistency, and an obsession with the details that guests notice.

Over time, we saw a gap in the market. Cornwall did not need another book a house service. It needed a holiday letting agency that could market standout homes and deliver a tailored, high end guest experience to match. In 2023, Rowes Retreats was born.

Our complimentary concierge team is here to help shape your stay in a way that suits you. Sometimes that is as simple as the best coffee spots and a brilliant walk. Sometimes it is something special like a private chef, a celebration dinner, or a boat charter.

If you need us, we are easy to reach. If you do not, we stay quietly in the background and let Cornwall do its thing.

Behind every great stay is a lot of work done properly.

We keep every stage of holiday letting in house, operating from our own base, The Yard. That includes bookings, guest communication, housekeeping, laundry and on the ground support.

Because our teams work together from the same place, the service is seamless. No crossed wires. No handovers. No corners cut.
​
Every property is signed off as guest ready by our dedicated quality control team, every changeover.
​
We also do not believe in contracts. Our work should speak for itself. We see this as a long term relationship built on trust and results, and you should be free to walk away if we are not delivering.
