Question 1

Why Don’t You Have Set Changeover Days?

Accepted Answer

We believe flexibility is key. While traditional week-long stays still exist, today’s guests expect greater freedom when booking their holidays.

By allowing check-ins and departures on any day of the week, we maximise your property’s occupancy potential and cater to the evolving travel market.

If you’d like to discuss a custom changeover schedule, just let us know—we’re happy to tailor our service to suit your needs.

Question 2

What Kind of Return Can I Expect?

Accepted Answer

Every property and owner is different, so financial returns vary. Some owners let their home for a few months a year, while others offer it year-round. Regardless of how often you choose to let, we always set a minimum price threshold to ensure that every booking generates a profit.

We provide a detailed earnings projection based on your home’s availability and realistic running costs. Because we manage everything in-house, there are no unexpected fees, no hidden commissions—just one clear, fixed rate. This means we can provide an accurate NET earnings forecast, not an inflated GROSS figure that doesn’t reflect real costs.

With our dynamic pricing strategies, your holiday home will be priced competitively all year round, maximising revenue while ensuring high occupancy—even in quieter months.

Question 3

What Are Your Check-in & Departure Times? Is There Any Flexibility?

Accepted Answer

Our standard check-in and departure times are:
✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM
✔ Check-out: 10:00 AM

This allows our team ample time to professionally clean, inspect, and prepare your home to the highest standard before the next guests arrive.

Whenever possible, we’ll notify guests on the day if early check-in is available.
✔ Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on select properties, subject to housekeeping availability. If this is something you’d like to offer, let us know, and we’ll coordinate it accordingly.

Question 4

Can I Still Use My Property for Myself, Family, or Friends?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! With our unlimited owner-use policy, you’re free to book as many weeks as you like. Simply log in to your Owner’s Portal and block out your chosen dates—it’s that simple.

Question 5

Do I Need to Accept Pets?

Accepted Answer

It’s entirely up to you. However, if your property is dog-friendly, we recommend allowing pets, as this significantly increases your potential bookings.

To ensure cleanliness and protect your home, we:
✔ Charge guests £50 per pet, per stay to cover additional cleaning.
✔ Limit the number of dogs per booking, with a prior agreement in place.
✔ Maintain strict pet policies to ensure your home is kept in top condition.

Question 6

How Much Does It Cost to Have Bedding & Towels Laundered?

Accepted Answer

It’s included in our changeover fee.

Because we operate our own private launderette, we keep costs low and pass these savings directly to you. This also ensures consistent quality control, meaning your guests always experience fresh, hotel-quality linens.
