THE SPACE

This apartment has that rare mix of feeling both cosy and spacious, with thoughtful finishes that make it feel properly looked after. It’s light, calm, and designed for easy living, whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay.

The living space is made for lingering. There’s a generous dining table with those breath taking views front and centre, plus a sideboard stocked with board games and books for slow evenings in. When you fancy a night on the sofa, the Philips Ambilight smart TV is set up for streaming, with access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ via your own accounts, plus catch up services.

The kitchen is contemporary, fully furnished and properly equipped, the sort of set up that makes cooking feel easy rather than like you’re making do. You’ll find a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and blender, plus a washer dryer for longer stays. There’s also a cafetiere and teapot, with complimentary Cornish tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate.

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and lovely views, so even slow mornings in bed feel like part of the holiday. You’ve got blackout blinds, bedside tables, touch lamps, full length mirrors, side tables and clothes rails, everything you need to unpack and settle in.

There’s a dedicated dressing table area with hairdryer and magnified mirror, plus a handy storage cupboard by the entrance with ironing board, iron, airer and pegs. Heating is simple to control with the Hive thermostat, so you can keep things exactly how you like them.

The private terrace is a standout. It’s spacious, open, and made for slow coffees, stargazing, and those quiet moments where you realise you’re properly away. Extra blankets are provided for cooler evenings outside.

With Falmouth just nearby, you can dip into beaches, restaurants and coastal days out, then come back to a quieter, more tucked away base with a view that feels like a treat.

This is an easy spot for both car free and car based trips. The train station is around a five minute walk away, and Penryn Harbour is around fifteen minutes on foot, so you can explore locally without needing to drive everywhere.
