The entrance is from the private front door, which leads up to the living space.
Upstairs you are greeted by the open plan living and dining area, perfect for those quiet evenings relaxing after a day of exploring the town. Select a book and cosy up, or venture outside and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony in the summer!
Although compact, the kitchen is well equipped with an integrated electric cooker, a microwave and a fridge.
Just off the main living space is the spacious double bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and shelving.
The large windows throughout the apartment benefit from sea glimpses, while also creating a light and airy atmosphere.

LITTLE THINGS TO NOTE
Burley Court is in on a quiet street just back from the centre of town behind the church, the church bells do play in the day. The house is directly in the centre of town, so easily walkable for the town and Harbourside, but also only a short walk to the beaches.
The property comfortably sleeps 2 adults and an infant and welcomes up to 2 pets.
PARKING
There is a secure garage for parking, and an additional 3 spaces that operate on a first come first served basis for the 6 houses.
